Quattro already is able to load a 5.1 file but of course it cannot play it back. No answer to my questions about multi channel work. In the past Stefano was answering quickly. I'm a bit miffed because support is not answering at all to my requests/questions. There is a lot more I would ideally like to see but those are two pretty big initial hurdles. The other big thing that I would need to be able to use it is the ability to make a 96k project, render the audio and have a new 96k project created with all the plugin FX printed but with the track makers and project info carried over, and then also have DSP Quattro recreate that montage at 44.1k (or 48k) using a different source file that I have sample rate converted on my own with Saracon. (all common important project data) just one time and have it pushed to all CD-Text and ID3 metadata like you can in WaveLab? Does DSP support metadata in WAV files? Can you add the art for mp3/AAC files? Are you able to enter the artist name, album title, and song titles. It's very busy here now but maybe in a few weeks I can take a closer look. I ended up just doing the V4 to V5 upgrade. If you have comments, suggestions, or if you will need assistance, do not hesitate to write to me.ĭSP-QuattroThanks. Now I have fixed it, if you will download again the Demo archive, the new Demo application will work. Did I mention superfast loading times now? Great!! Your ongoing support is awesome.Yes it was a stupid wrong flag into the Demo version. In the meantime, I remain so pleased with this update. (I wrote their support as well.) I'd like to try it on something I'm mastering in DSP Quattro. I hope between you and Slate you'll be able to figure out the Fresh Air issue. If you will need assistance, do not hesitate to write to me. Thank you very very much for your kind words! All users are highly recommended to get and use it. There are not new features respect the 5.1, it is a maintenance release, some bugs have been fixed. Just log-in, go to "YourLicenses", it is there. The very last version of DSP-Quattro is always into the user area. For the moment, you can do it after finishing to burn - but DSP-Quattro will need to render again the audioCDLayout, you are right. I'll contact people at Slate to understand what happens.Īnd, of course, there is also a similar command to import it back into DSP-Quattro.Ībout saving a DDP copy after burning an audioCD without having to render again the audioCDLayout, at moment is it not possible, but I'll add an option to do it asap.
